Your Privacy Choices

This page is the opt-out route required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. It applies to valinorlabs.dev, our marketing site. The full picture of what we collect is on the privacy page.

We do not sell your personal information

Valinor Labs does not sell personal information and never has. We do not exchange it for money, and we run no advertising business.

One thing on this site may count as sharing

We use RB2B on the marketing site. It attempts to identify the company and professional profile behind visits from US business networks so our team knows which clinical and payer organizations are evaluating Valinor. It runs on this marketing site only. It has no access to the Valinor product, to any account, or to any health record.

We are telling you about it here rather than making you infer it: under the CPRA definition, that identification may constitute sharing personal information with a third party. Whether or not it does in a given case, the opt-out below is real and we honor it.

Opt out

Two routes, either of which works on its own.

Opt out with our data partner. Use app.retention.com/optout. This removes you at the source, across every site that uses the service, not only ours.

Ask us directly. Contact us and say you want to opt out. We will delete your record and confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner. You do not need an account with us, and we will not ask you to create one to exercise this right.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser — you do not need to do anything else on this page. Do Not Track and blocking cookies for this site have the same effect on analytics and session recording.

Limiting the use of sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information on this marketing site — no government identifiers, no precise geolocation, no account credentials, no health data. Nothing you submit through the partner form falls into that category, and we do not use any information collected here to infer characteristics about you.

Because we neither collect it nor use it for a purpose the law lets you restrict, there is no separate limitation right to exercise. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the effective date moves.

Your other California rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Use Contact us. We respond within 30 days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. There is no different price, no reduced service, and no consequence of any kind.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of that authorization, and for enough information to match the request to a record we actually hold. If we cannot verify who you are, we will tell you why rather than quietly do nothing.

The product is separate

This page covers the marketing site. The Valinor platform — the patient and provider applications — is governed by its own agreement and its own privacy terms, and the visitor identification described above does not exist there.
